About us — a Polish estate agency in Georgia

Four years in an estate agency in Wrocław, Poland; today on the ground in Batumi. We run buyin.ge (purchase) and rentin.ge (rental): two sites, one agency, in English from the first message to the keys.

The sites carry listings from developers, agencies and owners from all over Georgia — with the price in USD, floor area and location — and, next to those we have viewed in person, the “Verified” mark with a date. For listings from developers and agencies, neither the buyer nor the tenant pays us a commission — the party that sells or lets pays. For a listing from a private owner, we agree the terms of cooperation with you before the viewing.

Contracts with clients are signed by the entity named in the terms of service.
