Everything we do fits between the first message and the key handover. For listings from developers and agencies, the buyer pays for none of it; for a listing from a private owner, we agree the terms of cooperation with you before the viewing.
Finding the flat
To your budget, city and purpose — living, renting out, or both. From the listings of developers, agencies and owners from all over Georgia that are on this site.
Viewing on your behalf
On site, also on live video: layout, view from the windows, condition of the common areas, surroundings of the building, noise. You ask your questions as we go.
Checking the documents
Extract from the Public Registry for the flat and the land, the seller's identity, for a new development the building permit and the preliminary contract read on three points: payment schedule, assignment, withdrawal. Result in writing, in English, before the first payment.
Power of attorney and registration of ownership
A template power of attorney for the notary in your country, apostille, filing the application in the Public Registry and collecting the extract in your name. The whole purchase without a flight to Georgia.
After the purchase
A flat bought through buyin.ge can be listed for rent straight away on rentin.ge — our second site, for tenants from abroad and from Georgia.
The buyer pays no commission
Our fee is paid by the developer or the agency selling the flat, after the sale contract is concluded. We take nothing from the buyer: no advance, no reservation fee, no fee for checking the documents. We add nothing to the listed price, and the money for the flat goes only to the seller's account. This applies to listings from developers and agencies; for a listing from a private owner, we agree the terms of cooperation with you individually, before the viewing. We say this at the start, not in the terms of service, because it shows whose side we are on: we do not negotiate the price on your behalf — we check whom you pay and what you sign.
